Why Does This Keep Happening in America?

If you don't want to read the article, the short of it is that a family and their teenage son didn't want to have the son go through chemotherapy a second time to treat Hodgkin's Disease. Instead, he's using alternative therapies. A Doctor reported them to Social Services, and a judge has now given the state partial custody of the teenager and may force him to endure chemo against his will.
